At Lisbon Street Kitchen, our story began with a simple yet powerful vision: to bring something fresh and exciting to Lisbon’s dining scene. What started with one restaurant in 2021 has grown into a dynamic hospitality group, united by a passion for quality, creativity, and connecting people through exceptional dining experiences.
2021
In 2021, we launched Pescatore, a response to the challenges posed by the ongoing COVID-19 situation. With limited options, we aimed to create a healthy Mediterranean delivery service focused on fresh fish. It quickly became a favorite for those seeking delicious and nutritious meals during a time when wellness was more important than ever.
2022
In 2022, we introduced Libertà Kitchen, our first restaurant concept. The goal was to reimagine Italian cuisine, blending seasonal ingredients with modern techniques. It quickly became a go-to destination for those seeking authentic Italian flavors in a welcoming, contemporary setting.
2023
Building on this success, we expanded in 2023 with Libertà Pasta Bar at the Time Out Market. Focused on fresh, handmade pasta, this concept brought simplicity and quality to the forefront, offering a quick yet elevated dining experience.
Designed to be approachable and rooted in tradition, it resonated with guests seeking authentic pasta dishes made on-site.

In 2024, we launched Furio, located at CascaiShopping and Centro Comercial Vasco da Gama. With a menu that brings fresh perspectives on classic Italian dishes, Furio has been embraced for its energy and focus on practical, flavorful meals.

In 2026, we launched Oven Time Out in collaboration with Oven, bringing the vibrant flavors of India and Nepal to the heart of the market. This concept celebrates bold spices, aromatic curries, and the smoky richness of tandoor cooking.
