Marcus Camargo is a 35-year-old Brazilian with 17 years of experience in the restaurant industry. He has worked in nearly every area, but his true passion lies in the kitchen.
His journey began at 18 in a beachside restaurant, where he started in the pantry and quickly moved to the kitchen. Since then, Marcus has advanced his career, gaining valuable experience in various restaurants across Brazil and Portugal. He currently leads operations and openings at LSK, bringing energy, structure and chain.
